A Adto

Legal terms

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every Adto account, including publisher, advertiser, payment, campaign, support, reporting, and traffic-quality activity. Version 2026-05-31.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By creating an account, signing in, using the dashboard, creating an ad zone, launching a campaign, adding funds, requesting a payout, using an integration, or otherwise participating in Adto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Adto operates an advertising technology platform that connects advertisers with publishers and traffic owners through formats such as smartlink, directlink, popup, pushunder, banner, CPA, reporting, payment, verification, support, notification, and fraud-prevention tools.

2. Account Eligibility and Accuracy

You must provide accurate and current account information, including your name, email, contact details, traffic sources, website information, social media sources, campaign details, and payment information. You may not create an account with false identity details, misleading ownership claims, unauthorized representation, or information that belongs to another person without permission.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Selling, renting, transferring, sharing, or operating multiple accounts to bypass platform limits, risk reviews, payment holds, traffic restrictions, or previous enforcement decisions is prohibited. Adto may request additional verification, including proof of traffic source, payment-account ownership, site ownership, communication-channel verification, screenshots, analytics data, server logs, or other reasonable evidence.

3. Publisher Traffic Rules

Publishers must send real human traffic only. Prohibited activity includes bots, automated traffic, click exchanges, incentivized or misleading clicks, forced clicks, hidden iframes, unauthorized redirects, manipulated referrers, manipulated user agents, proxy or VPN abuse, data-center traffic abuse, cookie stuffing, click spam, impression spam, malware, phishing, brand impersonation, category misrepresentation, and placements designed to deceive users.

Smartlink and directlink placements are intended for social media, profiles, groups, channels, posts, stories, messages, communities, and similar shared-link placements. Website-based monetization should use verified-site formats such as popup, pushunder, banner, and CPA where applicable.

Publishers must not place ads in a way that imitates system messages, download buttons, media controls, security warnings, or other deceptive interface elements. Publishers must comply with all applicable laws, privacy obligations, content restrictions, and advertising standards in the countries where their traffic is generated.

4. Advertiser Campaign Rules

Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, and safety of their destination URLs, offers, creatives, tracking links, postback settings, category selections, budgets, bids, and claims. Campaigns may be rejected, paused, edited, or removed if they contain misleading claims, malware, phishing, prohibited goods or services, unauthorized data collection, hidden billing, trademark abuse, copyright violations, or unlawful content.

Adto does not guarantee any specific conversion rate, profit, sale volume, campaign outcome, traffic volume, ranking, or return on ad spend. Campaign performance depends on targeting, bid, budget, creative quality, landing-page quality, traffic availability, platform filters, and market conditions.

5. Reporting, Measurement, and Rate Adjustments

Dashboard metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversions, eCPM, CPM, CPC, CPA, balance, spend, and earnings are based on technical measurement, unique-user rules, traffic-quality filters, country and device signals, advertiser budgets, third-party callbacks, and invalid-activity checks. Reports may be updated after delayed postbacks, IPN events, fraud review, browser restrictions, network delays, or third-party system delays.

Adto may modify rates, payout thresholds, payout periods, ad formats, country multipliers, device multipliers, quality scoring, anti-fraud filters, and risk controls. Changes normally apply going forward, but retroactive corrections may be made when there is technical error, invalid activity, payment risk, fraudulent activity, or advertiser refund obligation.

6. Traffic Quality, Review, and Payment Corrections

Adto may review accounts automatically or manually to protect advertisers, publishers, users, and the platform. Reviews may consider traffic source, referrer, IP distribution, device mix, conversion behavior, repeat frequency, bot signals, abnormal CTR or CR, payment activity, advertiser feedback, complaints, and third-party security indicators.

If fraud, invalid activity, artificial users, manipulated measurement, or rule-breaking earnings are detected, the relevant account may be temporarily or permanently suspended. Unpaid earnings may be cancelled, previously credited invalid amounts may be deducted, and the affected amount may be refunded to the advertiser or returned to the advertiser's campaign balance.

If Adto believes that your activity is fraudulent or non-compliant, but you believe the activity is legitimate, Adto may ask you to provide evidence such as traffic-source details, campaign placement proof, social media posts, website logs, analytics reports, screenshots, server records, payment ownership details, or other supporting information. After review, the account may be reactivated, restricted, adjusted, or permanently suspended.

Payments may be held during review. Missing, inconsistent, unverifiable, or misleading evidence does not automatically resolve the review in your favor. Adto's review decision may rely on platform logs, advertiser feedback, technical indicators, risk models, and the materials you provide.

7. Payments, Balances, and Refunds

Publisher payouts are subject to minimum payout amounts, supported payment methods, payout periods, account status, traffic-quality review, and payment-provider availability. You are responsible for entering correct wallet, network, bank, PayPal, Payoneer, or other payout details. Adto is not responsible for loss caused by wrong payment details, unsupported networks, closed accounts, or third-party payment accounts.

Advertiser deposits are credited after payment-provider confirmation and callback or IPN verification. Chargebacks, suspicious payments, stolen payment instruments, sanctions risk, missing callbacks, provider disputes, or payment-provider reversals may result in balance holds, balance deductions, campaign pauses, or account review.

8. Prohibited Content and Legal Compliance

You must comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, consumer-protection rules, privacy obligations, and platform policies. Prohibited content includes phishing, malware, unauthorized data collection, hate or violent content, illegal goods or services, child exploitation, deceptive financial claims, misleading health claims, and any content that creates unreasonable legal, security, or reputational risk.

Adto may reject, pause, remove, or restrict any user, campaign, website, traffic source, payment method, ad placement, or account where it identifies legal risk, payment risk, security risk, policy violation, third-party complaint, or platform abuse.

9. Support and Communications

Official communications may be sent through dashboard notices, email, tickets, live chat, or system messages. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. Failure to receive a notice because your information is outdated does not invalidate the notice.

Support requests must be accurate, respectful, and complete. Threats, spam, repeated abusive submissions, false claims, or attempts to manipulate support reviews may lead to account restrictions.

10. Data, Logs, and Privacy Responsibilities

Adto may process IP addresses, user agents, referrers, device data, country data, clicks, impressions, conversions, payment references, support messages, account actions, and related technical logs for account security, traffic measurement, fraud prevention, payment verification, reporting, and service delivery.

Publishers and advertisers are responsible for providing any privacy, cookie, consent, advertising, and data-processing notices required for their own websites, applications, campaigns, traffic sources, and audiences.

11. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

Adto may improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, ad formats, panels, integrations, payment methods, verification procedures, pricing, or technical infrastructure. If you wish to close your account, open payment, campaign, review, refund, and balance-adjustment matters may need to be completed first.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, invalid traffic, fraudulent activity, payment risk, legal risk, security risk, repeated policy violations, or conduct that harms users, advertisers, publishers, or the platform.

12. Updates to These Terms

Adto may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version may be shown on this page or in the dashboard. Continued use of the platform after publication of updated terms means that you accept the updated terms.
