Adto may process account details such as name, email address, contact handle, role, status, registration date, website domains, campaign details, payout information, support messages, and dashboard actions.
For measurement and security, Adto may also process IP address, hashed IP, user agent, referrer, device type, country, click and impression records, conversion records, payment references, fraud alerts, and operational logs.
2. Why We Use Data
We use data to create and secure accounts, verify publisher websites, deliver ads, measure clicks and impressions, calculate balances, process advertiser deposits and publisher payouts, prevent fraud, answer support requests, send service emails, and improve platform reliability.
3. Advertising and Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers and advertisers are responsible for giving any privacy, cookie, consent, advertising, and data-processing notices required on their own websites, applications, campaigns, landing pages, and traffic sources.
4. Sharing and Providers
Adto may share limited data with payment providers, email providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics or security tools, and legal or compliance recipients when needed to operate the platform or meet legal obligations.
5. Security and Retention
We use access controls, logging, HTTPS, verification procedures, and fraud checks to protect the platform. Data is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, reporting, payment records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and platform security.
