1. Parties & Scope
This agreement is made between adto.com.tr ("ADTO", the "Platform") and the user registering as a publisher (the "Publisher"), and governs the use of the Platform's advertising and revenue-sharing services. By creating an account, the Publisher confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement in full.
2. Account & Membership
The Publisher warrants that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Each publisher may open only one account; if multiple accounts are detected, the accounts may be closed. The Publisher is responsible for the security of their account.
3. Revenue, Earnings & Payments
The Publisher earns revenue by displaying the advertising units offered by the Platform (banner, smartlink, popup, pushunder, PTC, etc.) on their own websites and traffic sources. Earnings are calculated solely on the basis of valid and genuine traffic. Payments are made in accordance with the Platform's payment terms and minimum payout amount.
4. Traffic Quality & Validity
Traffic generated by the Publisher must be real, organic and of high quality. Hits generated in the following situations are considered invalid and will not be paid:
- Traffic coming from Blogspot/Blogger (blogspot.com) subdomains and similar free hosting services is not accepted.
- Traffic coming from sites that host content contrary to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye and general moral standards (pirated, illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content, etc.) is not accepted.
- Upon request by ADTO, the Publisher is obliged to share their traffic sources and the detailed analytics data (such as Google Analytics) of those sources. If the requested information is not provided, the relevant earnings may be cancelled.
5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud
The Publisher may not generate artificial traffic through bots, automated software, proxy/VPN, iframe/popup tricks, clicking on their own ads, fake hits, or any kind of artificial or fraudulent traffic. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended or closed and all related payments will be cancelled. ADTO reserves the right to review suspicious traffic and withhold payment.
6. Content & Liability
The Publisher is personally responsible for the content to which they direct traffic and for the legal compliance of the platforms on which they publish. ADTO cannot be held liable for any damage the Publisher causes to third parties.
7. Suspension & Termination
ADTO may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of this agreement, suspicious activity, or abuse. In such a case, the Publisher may not make any claim for cancelled earnings.
8. Changes
ADTO reserves the right to update the terms of this agreement and the payment conditions. The current agreement is effective from the moment it is published on the Platform.
9. Privacy
The Publisher's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service, in accordance with applicable legislation (KVKK, GDPR, etc.).
10. Acceptance
By checking the "I have read and accept the Publisher Agreement" box, the Publisher is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
